As an EX-gay man and a detransitioner (former trans-identified person), with decades of life's knowledge & experience in that world, I tell you all that the confusion of gender dysphoria, known as transgenderism, is absolutely mutable & curable! The underlying issues must be addressed.
We are born male or female. DNA is not the only deciding factor, and it's not about genitalia or appearance either. Each one of us have over 6,500 genetic markers that make us distinctly male or distinctly female. It is literally impossible for a male to have a "female brain."
No surgery, procedure, pill or shot can change our biological sex, that is not an option. Even sexual reassignment surgery (gender-affirming-surgery), we remain what and who we were created to be;
even if we mutilate & disfigure our genitalia.
Transgenderism is not a sexual orientation, it is one of many mental disorders that fall under the Trans-Queer umbrella. Once we embrace our own biological sex we can find Freedom from the confusion, the sexualization, past or present traumatic experiences, depression and the list goes on. It is then that we begin to discover our true identity as we learn the root issue/s that caused the condition/s in the first place.
Being set free from the delusion of being trans is attainable, just as real, and just as common, as any other addict being set free from the stronghold of addiction, or an anorexic person finding healing from their mental and emotional disorder. Our "true self" is exactly who we were created to be from conception. Sex cannot, does not, will not ever change.
Sex, means biological sex! Its definition doesn't change just because one suffers from a disorder or condition. Each of us is born with a race, a color, a sex, and a nationality. Sex is objective, not subjective, and it is binary. Contrary to popular belief, there is no "gender-spectrum". Gender Dysphoria literally means "an abnormal condition of mental confusion."
Confusion is a condition; conditions need healing, NOT hormones; conditions need treatment NOT encouragement. It would not be called deception if one knew they were being deceived. When a male identifies as female, that male is no longer mentally stable and there is always a reason for that delusion. We must focus on discovering the root/cause and helping him deal with it, rather than worrying about offending him.
To be trans-identified one must undergo, and continue in, extensive mental health counseling; that fact alone says that the individual is not mentally stable. The suicide rate amongst transgenders increases with the hormone treatment and gets even worse when procedures and surgeries begin. We cannot change the meaning of words just because a small population of mentally unstable individuals "think or feel" they want to pretend to be what they are not. We cannot take part of their delusions.
There are so many people coming out of transgenderism and, in fact, there is a whole movement of ex-trans (detransitioners) that are speaking out and exposing the agenda of the TransQueer cult. But the
powers that be do not want their stories heard.
I have had contact with thousands of men who at one time identified as female, and these men have come out of those delusions/addictions; they've been healed. These men now live healthy productive lives.
I once stated, and I sincerely believed at the time, that I “felt like a woman” but that statement was absurd; having never actually been a woman, I could not possibly know what a woman feels like. Truth be told, I felt like a man; a confused man that was suffering from trauma induced dissociative disorder and a slew of other disorders, comorbidities and addictions.

There is no limit to the men that I can reach, and that can relate to me or my history. At a very young age I was targeted, groomed, sexualized, molested, victimized, raped, sex-trafficked, conditioned and criminalized by members of the lgbTQia TransQueer Rainbow Cult. I eventually felt as if I had no purpose, no dreams, no goals, no hope; only desires & lusts. I was a sex-addict as well as a conditioned victim before I was a teenager.
As a victim of sexual abuse I chose to dissociate from who and what I was created to be in hopes of escaping all that I identified with as a victim.
Suicide. Molestation. A life doomed & littered with drugs, alcohol, prostitution, addiction, victimization and even murder. It was actually a prison guard that touched me, with Truth, in Love. I was blinded and confused; now I see with clarity. 30+ years of darkness and death; I now live in Light and Life. I fell a few times, but have been rescued again.
GOD pursued me. HE fed my hungry heart with Truth. HE chose me, "For Such A Time As This." HE Loves us all; sinner and saint. However, HIS Love doesn't get us into The Kingdom of Heaven; only HIS Grace and Mercy can do that! We do not have to obtain HIS Love to get into The Kingdom because we have that from the beginning to the end,
it is HIS Mercy that we must obtain.
And they [the Church] overcame him [the enemy] by the Blood of The LAMB, and by the Word of their Testimony; and they Loved not their lives even when faced with death. ~ Revelation 12:11

This topic of same-sex attraction has given many people only one choice to make, choose either "the church" or choose your "orientation." There has been no common ground, and that is the problem. We must first recognize homosexuality for what it is, and not for what we have been taught or told it is. It is an addiction, just one of many sexual addictions.
We have abusers in the church building begging for forgiveness, and getting it. We have junkies and drunks falling at the alter, receiving forgiveness and being embraced by the church. But those folks know that what they're doing is wrong; homosexuals do not know because it has been taught to be, and is believed to be, a "sexual orientation."

Nobody should be forced to make the choice between who & what they believe themselves to be or seeking The FATHER'S Face. Just love them and be the example for them, let GOD'S Holy Spirit do the rest.
